  1. You have a good start to your rubric. Essentially, you've posted parts of your analysis. However, your rubric/criteria is the common characteristics you've found in all of your articles. So, of these three you've read, what common things do you see that begin to create the genre of the newspaper? Consider also elaborating on some of what you've written. What exactly does "informal" mean? This is pretty context-specific. What other examples of how these articles were written have you found (how citations work/how paragraphs structured/where quotations, etc. go? All this will then help you as you write your own article.
